These Terms & Conditions govern bookings for the ₹21 Business Growth Consultation offered by SV Enterprises. By booking a session, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

1. About the Consultation

SV Enterprises offers a 30-minute, one-to-one online Business Growth Consultation for a fee of ₹21. The session is intended to discuss business goals, online presence, website development, search engine optimisation (SEO), local SEO, Google Business Profile support, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital marketing options.

2. Booking and Payment

The consultation fee is ₹21 per session.
Payment must be made through the designated Razorpay payment flow.
A booking request is not considered confirmed solely because a payment page has been opened.
After successful payment, contact us through the WhatsApp link provided on the confirmation page to coordinate an available time slot.
The appointment time is subject to availability and confirmation by SV Enterprises.

Please retain your payment confirmation or transaction reference for booking-related queries.

3. Consultation Format and Duration

The consultation is conducted online and is scheduled for 30 minutes. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and being available at the mutually confirmed time. Please ensure you have a suitable internet connection and a device that supports the agreed session format.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking and contact information, communicate respectfully, attend at the confirmed time, share only information you are entitled to provide, and avoid sending passwords, banking credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Scope of Service

The ₹21 fee covers the consultation session only. It does not include website development, advertising management, SEO implementation, software development, or any other ongoing service unless separately agreed in writing. If additional services are discussed, their scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables will be communicated separately.

6. No Guaranteed Business Outcomes

Recommendations are based on the information available during the consultation. SV Enterprises does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, website traffic, search rankings, advertising performance, or other business outcomes. Results may depend on factors beyond our control, including competition, budgets, market conditions, customer behaviour, and implementation.

7. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

The consultation is subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website. Please review that policy before payment. Any no-refund term is subject to applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to the Appointment

If a scheduling issue arises, contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Any rescheduling request will be handled based on availability and the published cancellation policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and materials owned by SV Enterprises may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation and Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable legal requirements and jurisdictional rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
