Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the ₹21 Business Growth Consultation offered by SV Enterprises.

1. Consultation Fee

The consultation costs ₹21 per session and is payable through the designated Razorpay payment flow.

2. Refund Policy

Our stated policy is that the consultation fee is non-refundable after payment, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any refund, remedy, or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law.

If a payment is deducted more than once for the same booking, or a payment issue occurs, contact us with the transaction details so we can investigate and address the issue appropriately.

3. Appointment Scheduling

After successful payment, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 79058 46134 using the link provided on the payment confirmation page. Your 30-minute online consultation time will be coordinated based on availability. Payment alone does not establish a particular appointment time unless that time has been confirmed.

4. Customer Cancellation or Non-Attendance

If you can no longer attend your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. Under our stated policy, refunds are not ordinarily provided for customer cancellations or missed appointments after payment, subject to applicable law.

Confirm before publishing: Specify whether you allow rescheduling, how many times, the minimum notice required, and how missed appointments will be handled.

5. Cancellation by SV Enterprises

If SV Enterprises cannot provide a confirmed consultation, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include arranging another time or providing a refund where required.

6. Payment Issues

For a duplicate charge, an incorrect transaction, or another payment-related concern, contact us with your payment reference and booking details. Do not share your UPI PIN, password, full card details, or card security code.
